Blair is still incubating alone. Mister stopped by for some mating this morning, but he's still not in 'Daddy' mode. Maybe tomorrow.

It may be hard to understand, but Blair may have made a decision today. She has been off the eggs since 6:45 a.m. This snippie was taken at 9:23 a.m. I sure am learning a lot about eagle behavior here. We all know Nature is not a Fairy Tale. We'll see what happens next.

There's a new character in this story!! This one visited the nest today and sat on the branch for a while.

After looking at video and comparison pictures, this guy proves to be Taylor. He found his way back to the nest. What will happen next?

Taylor came through in a big way today. They call him Taylor Trout!!

With all that has been going on at this nest it must be said that the area is very fragile. Last Saturday there was a car that parked under the tree for a while and made Blair fly off. The cam operator was able to zoom to the car and pick up part of the license plate number. They contacted the WI DNR with the information. This can hold a pretty hefty fine. Please be aware of the Federal Laws when you go site-seeing for Bald Eagles. Blair and Taylor don't need any more odds set against them.

Each evening Taylor comes in to relieve Blair of incubation duties. He has not incubated yet but he does a fine job of 'watching over' the nest. Someday he might catch on as to what he should do.

There's one more week until hatch watch begins. The incubation was delayed so it may be a week later. This has been a learning nest this year. So much is still a mystery. Watch n Learn.

On this 32nd day of incubation, Blair and Taylor got a Spring snowfall.

Day 34 brought some rain and more snow. It gave the cam a cool effect!

It's a big day at E4kids... Taylor went from Man Child to Man Eagle and started incubating the eggs. His hormones are kicking in. It's time for them to pip if they're going to. What a surprise for Taylor if it happens while he's in charge.
